Symetra Limited Medical and GAP plan quotes will now reflect a change to the participation requirements. In order to implement a Limited Medical or GAP plan, groups must have at least five participants or 10 percent of their employees participate, whichever is greater. The 10 percent participation requirement was added to ensure that rates remain stable and to reflect Symetra’s guidelines nationwide.
